How to Generate GSTR2 Excel Template in Marg ERP Software ?

GSTR 2 is meant for inward supplies or purchases, where a summary is generated and users can view detailed tax information for all purchases made during the specified period.

In order to export GSTR2 report in Excel format, the user needs to follow below steps:

  • Go to GST > GSTR2.

  •  Feed date range then click on 'Show' button.

  • Click on GSTR 2 Returns.

  • Now, Click on 'GSTN Excel Template'.

a) B2B/CDNR Nill entries in Exempted : Select, if the user wants to export separate details of nil rated entries in excel.

b) B2B/B2BUR/CDN Nill entry in Exemp : Select, if the user wants to export separate details of nil rated entries in excel

c) Include HSN Summary : Select, if the user wants to export HSN Summary in excel.

d) Include GSTR2 reconciled entries : Select, if the user want to export entries which are reconciled.

  • Then click on 'Start' button.

  • Thereafter, an errors found in the GST Returns window will appear in this window if the user has found any errors in GSTR1 report then those errors will be shown here.
  • Click on 'Close'.

  • Click on 'Yes'.

  • Click on 'OK'.

  • In order to view the excel sheet, open the Marg folder > select GST Return folder, so the user can view the excel file that has been generated.

After following the above steps user can easily generate GSTR2 Excel Template in Marg ERP Software.

1. Go to GST > GSTR2. Press the 'Enter' key.

2. Feed date range. Click on 'Show'.

3. Click on 'Excel'.

4. Select 'Summary/Detail' as per the requirement.

5. Now, click on 'Okay'.

After following the above steps user can generate GSTR 2 in Excel format in Marg ERP Software.
