GSTR 2 is meant for inward supplies or purchases i.e. the summary would be generated or the user can view the tax details for whatever purchases that has been done.

In order to export GSTR2 Report in Excel format, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to GST > GSTR 2. Press Enter.

• A Marg GST Summary window will appear. Feed date range then click on 'Show' button.

• Click on GSTR 2 Returns.

• Select 'Plain Excel sheet'.

• Then click on 'Start' to generate GSTR 2 in excel format.

• Then an alert of 'Are you sure to prepare plain excel return' will appear. Click on 'Yes'.

• After following the above steps, the GSTR2 report will get generated in excel format. then click on 'Ok'.
