If ' Download ' option does not active in GSTR 2A Reconciliation window then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software, if Download option does not display in the GSTR2A Reconciliation window then it can be resolved easily.

  • This issue appears when the user has not mentioned the user name in the GSTR setting. 

In order display Download, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to GST > GSTR Settings.

  • The user will select 'Common GST Settings'

  • In 'GSTN User Name' option, the user will mention the GST user name.
  • Click on 'Okay'.

  • The user will select 'E Invoice Settings'.

  • An ‘eInvoice Details’ window will appear.
  • Click on 'Edit'.

a. Select Your GSP: Select the 'Pinnacle Finserve Advisors Pvt. Ltd.'.

b. eInvoice Login Username & Password: Mention the Username and Password which is created at the time of API Integration.

Click on 'Save' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view Download option will get activated in the GSTR 2A Reconciliation window in Marg Software.
