If ' Download ' option does not active in GSTR 2A Reconciliation window then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

This issue appears when the user has not mentioned user name in GSTR setting. 

In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to enter the user name in GSTR setting by following the below steps:

  • Go to Gst > GSTR Settings. 

  • A GSTR setting window will appear. In 'GSTN user name' option, the user needs to enter user name of gstn as per the requirement.
  • Then click on 'Okay' to save the details.

  • Thereafter an alert of 'Setting saved' will appear. Click on 'Ok'.

After following the above steps, the Download option will get activated in the GSTR 2A Report.
