Marg ERP has provided a very beneficial provision in the software through which the user can easily mail the GSTR 2A Report to his/her Accountant.

In order to mail GSTR 2A Report, the user needs to follow the below steps:

Note: To use this option, the software must configure E-mail Setup.

• Firstly, the user needs to Update GST Patch in the software.

• Go to Gst > GSTR 2A-2B Reconcilation.

• Now the user will select 'GSTR-2A'.

• A 'GSTR-2A Reconcilation' window will appear.

• In 'Period' the user will select the month and Click on 'Show'.

• Suppose select 'May'.

• The user will click on 'Msg/Mail'.

• A 'Messaging Centre' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'Add/Edit' icon of the Party to mention or edit the E-mail Id on which GSTR-2A reports needs to be sent.

• A 'Misc. Details' window will appear.

• In 'E-mail' option the user will mention the E-mail Id.

• Click on 'Save'.

• Now, the user will place the Check Mark on 'E-mail' Field.

• Click on 'Send'.

After following the above steps, the GSTR-2A Report will get sent on the mentioned E-mail id.
