Cause:

Inter-State supplies do not show in GSTR 3B because the user has not mentioned the UIN Holder under party ledger. UIN holders means those who have a Unique Identification Number instead of a GSTIN.

Solution:

In order to resolve this issue, the user must follow the below mentioned steps:

  • Go to Masters > Ledger Master > Ledger > Modify Ledger.

  • A 'Ledger Alteration' window will appear.
  • The user will press 'F3' key on the selected ledger whose value does not show in GSTR 3B.
  • Suppose click on 'Mahak Negi' .

  • A 'Selected Ledger' window will appear.
  • The user will select 'Ledger Detail'.

  • Now, the user will click on 'Modify'.

  • In 'Ledger Type' option, the user will select 'UIN Holder'.

  • Now, press 'Ctrl+W' key in order to save changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Inter-State Supplies will show under 3.2 part in GSTR 3B in Marg Software.
