Marg ERP has provided a very beneficial provision in the software through which the user can easily mail the GSTR-3B Report with his/her Accountant.

In order to mail GSTR-3B Report, the user will follow the below steps:

Note: To use this option, the software must configured with E-mail Setup.

• Firstly, the user needs to Update GST Patch in the software.

• Go to Gst > GSTR 3B.

• A 'GST Return-3B' window will appear.
• In 'Report Type' option the user will select Report type according to the requirement.
• Suppose Select 'Govt Format GSTR-3B'.

• In 'Return Option', the user will select whether the user needs to mail the report monthly or Quarterly.
• Suppose select 'Monthly'.
• Then click on 'Okay'.

• In 'Select Period' option, the user will select the period for which returns needs to be field.
• Suppose Select 'APR 2021'.

• In 'E-mail To' option, the user will enter the mail id on which the report needs to be sent.

• In 'Send E-mail' option, the user will select 'Yes'.

• Then click on 'Excel/PDF/eReturn/JSON' as per the requirement.
• Suppose click on 'JSON'.

After completing the steps to generate the GSTR-3B report in Marg ERP Software, the report will be sent to the specified email address.
