In which Tab Credit Note entry reflect in GSTR 3B in Marg Software?

Ans.1

• Go to GST > GSTR 3B.

• A 'GST Return-3B' window will appear.

• In 'Report Format', the user will select 'Govt Format GSTR-3B'. Press 'Enter' key.

• In 'Return Option' the user will select 'Monthly/Quarter' as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Monthly'.

• Then click on 'Okay' Button.

• Now Some other options will appear.

• In 'Select Period', the user needs to select the period for which the report needs to be viewed.

• In 'ITC From', the user will select  'A/c Books'.

• Now, the user will click on 'View'.

• A 'GSTR 3B' window will appear.

• In GSTR 3B, Credit Note will reflect in the Column which is mention below-

• 3.1 Detail of Outward Supplies and Inward Supplies liable to reverse charges

• (a) Outward Taxable Supplies ( Other than zero rated, Nil rated and exempted)

• In this tab, Sale Value shown after deduction of credit note/sale return value.

• Suppose: Sale value is 100,000 & Sale return is 15830.36 (without GST).

• Therefore, (100000-15830.36) = 84169.64 value shown in GSTR 3B.

After following the above steps, the user can view the effect of credit Note in GSTR 3B.
