• Go to GST > GSTR 3B.

• A 'GST Return-3B' window will appear.

• In 'Report Format', the user will select 'Govt Format GSTR-3B'. Press 'Enter' key.

• In 'Return Option' the user will select 'Monthly/Quarter' as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Monthly'.

• Then click on 'Okay' Button.

• Now Some other options will appear.

• In 'Select Period', the user needs to select the period for which the report needs to be viewed.

• In 'ITC From', the user will select  'A/c Books'.

• Now, the user will click on the 'Excel/PDF/Print' as per the requirement.

• Suppose click on 'Excel'.

After following the above steps, the user can view the GSTR 3B in selected format.
