Marg ERP Software simplifies GSTR 4 JSON generation, saving time, reducing errors, improving accuracy, and supporting smooth, efficient GST compliance.

In order to generate json file, the user needs to follow the steps below:

• Go to GST > GSTR 4.

a. Return Type: The user will select yearly or monthly as per the requirement.

b. Date From: The user will select the date from the report should be viewed.

c. Date To: The user will select the date to the report should be viewed.

d. E-Mail To: If the user needs to E-mail the report, then mention the mail id as per the requirement.

e. Send E-Mail: If the user needs to E-Mail the sheet then select 'Yes' otherwise keep it as 'No'.

The user will click on 'Okay'.

• An Excel file will get generated of GSTR 4.
• Now the user will click on 'Validate Sheet' (as shown below image)
• Similarly, the user will validate each sheet one by one.

• Now click on 'Generate JSON file to upload'.

After following the above steps, the GSTR 4 will be generated in JSON Format in Marg ERP Software.
