In order to print party Fax no. on bill printing in Marg Software, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. Enter the Password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ filed, enter the name of the format in which the user needs to print fax no. of the party.

• Suppose select 'AC'.

• The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

• A 'Bill Format GUI- AC' window will appear.

• In order to print fax no. of the party , the user will select ‘Header’.

•  Now use command '< ORDER.FAX1,12>'

• Press 'Ctrl +W'.

• Then click on 'Save' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the party Fax no. will be print on bill printing.
