In Marg Software, if the user needs to Print Item Rate with Tax then it can be done easily.

Suppose the user needs to Print Item Rate with Tax next to the MRP Column.

In order to Print Item Rate with Tax, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.
• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.
• In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.
• Suppose enter 'AC'.

• The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

• A 'Bill Format GUI- AC' window will appear.
• The user will select 'Item'.

• Now, suppose the user needs to put the command of Rate with Tax next to the MRP Column so select and copy the command of MRP.

• Now the user needs to paste the copied command (as shown in the below image).

• The user will select the command and remove it.

• The user will use the command '<SB_RATE+SB_CGSTAMO+SB_SGSTAMO,12,2>'.

• Change the coordinates as per the requirement.

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save' to save the changes.

• The user can view in sale bill Item Rate is '100' and tax is '10.80'.
• Rate with tax = 110.80

• In print preview it can be seen that rate is displaying '110.80'.

After following the above steps, the user can Print Item Rate with Tax on Bill Format of Marg Software.
