Importing All Bill Formats in Marg Software

OVERVIEW OF BILL FORMAT IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Invoice Format 99 is designed on GUI i.e. Graphical User Interface pattern.

• With the help of using Invoice Format 99 in Marg ERP Software, the user can design the format of an invoice as per the requirement from the customers as Multi default Invoice Samples are already being predefined which helps to minimize the customization time and reduces the manpower cost.

EXPORTING All BILL FORMATS IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Self Format' dialog box will appear. Enter the Password.

• Now a 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select Invoice Format- GUI. Press 'Enter'.

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ filed, enter the name of the format which  needs to be exported.

• Suppose Enter 'AC'. Press 'Enter'.

• Now, the user will select ‘Export Format All’.

• A 'Select Directory' window will appear. Select Drive in which the bill format needs to be saved.

• Suppose select 'Desktop'.

• Then click on 'Ok'.

• Then type 'SURE'.

After following the above steps, the All Bill Formats will get exported.

In order to import all bill format in another firm/company, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, select the company in which the user needs to import the format.

• Suppose select 'Marg ERP Ltd.'.

• Then, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Self Format' dialog box will appear. Enter the Password.

• Now a 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. Press 'Enter'.

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ filed, enter the name of the format as per the requirement.

• Suppose Enter 'BB'. Press 'Enter'.

• Then a 'Load default formats' window will appear. Select format type as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Full Page Central'.

• Now, the user will select ‘Import Format All’. 

• A 'Format File' window will appear. Click on 'Directory' to select the folder or drive in which the format was exported.

• Then select folder/drive as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Desktop'.

• Then click on 'Ok'.

• Then select the file and then click on the 'Select' button.

• An 'Import Format' window will appear.

• Type 'RESTORE'. Press 'Enter'.

After following the above steps, all bill formats will get imported in Marg Software.
