If Grand Total does not print while printing through Thermal Printer then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

  • A 'Self Format' dialog box will appear. Enter the Password.

  • A 'Formats' window will appear.
  • The user will select Invoice Format- GUI. 

  • An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.
  • In ‘Format’, enter the name of the bill format.
  • Suppose mention 'AL'. Press 'Enter' key.

  • Now go to 'Page Settings' option.

  • A 'Page Setup' window will appear in which the user will click on 'Modify'.

  • In '-do If Items>', the user will select 'A4' from the drop down.
  • Then press 'ESC' key thrice to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Grand Total will get Print while printing through thermal printer in Marg Software.

1. The user will go to 'Devices & Printer' > Right click on the Printer'.

2. Click on 'Printer Properties' > Select 'Preference'.

3. Click on 'Advance' and set page size '720*210'.
