A normal practice in the industry prevails where goods are sold to one person but delivered to a different location. This delivery address is different from the registered office address of the buyer. The user can Print both types of Addresses in Bill format.

Suppose the user needs to Print Shipping Party Address in the Shipping party column.

In order to Print Shipping Party Address, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.
• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.
• In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.
• Suppose enter 'AC'.

• The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

• A 'Bill Format GUI- AC' window will appear.
• The user will select ‘Header’.

• Now, suppose the user needs to put the command of Shipping Party Address below the Shipping Party Name so select and copy the command of Shipping Party Name.

• Now the user needs to paste the copied command (as shown below).

• Now press 'F1' key to search command.

• The user will search 'Address' under Description.

• Now the user will select the command of 'SL_DADD1' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• The user will paste this command by pressing 'F3' key.

• The user can change the coordinates as per the requirement.

• Similarly, the user can add Address command 2 or 3 respectively.

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can print Shipping Party Address on Bill Format of Marg Software.
