• In Marg ERP Software, the user can easily enter patient wise Remark as per the requirement and the user also print the remark on bill printing for the patient.

To print Patient wise remark, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > MARG Setups > Self Format. Press Enter.

• A Self Format dialog box will appear. The user will now enter the current date in reverse format.

Suppose, the current date is 23-01-2019 then the user will mention ‘2019123’. Press Enter.

• Now a Formats window will appear.

• The user will select Invoice Format- GUI. Press Enter.

• An Invoice Format- GUI window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ filed, enter the name of the format which the user wants to print the patient remark.

• Suppose, Enter “AC”. Press Enter.

• The user will now select ‘Bill Format’. Press Enter.

• A Bill Format GUI- AC window will appear.

• In order to print the patient remark on Header part, the user will select ‘Header’. Press Enter.

• Now, suppose the user needs to put the command below the party name so select and copy the party name command and paste it in the next line.

• Then press 'F1' function key to search command.

The user will Search “Patient Remark” under Description.

• The user will press 'Enter' on this command. (as shown below)

The user will firstly remove this particular command and paste it after pressing F3 function key.

If the user needs to change the coordinates here then it can be changed as per the requirement.

• Now press “Ctrl +W” and then click on 'Save' in order to save it.

After following the above steps, the user can easily print the patient remark as per the mentioned invoice format.
