• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' dialog box will appear. Enter the Password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. Press 'Enter' key.

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’, enter the name of the format in which the Challan No and Date needs to be printed.

• Suppose Enter 'AC'. Press 'Enter' key.

• The user will now select 'Page Settings'. Press 'Enter' key.

• A 'Page Setup' window will appear.

• Click on 'Next' button.

• An 'Invoice Format' window will appear where the user will search 'Challan No'.

• Click on 'Accept'.

• A 'Challan No' window will appear.

• In 'Challan Heading as 1-No. & Dt 2-Supplied Items 3-No.' option, the user will select '1'.

• The user will now keep pressing 'ESC' key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Challan Number and Date will get print in Bill Format in Marg Software.
