In Marg Software, the user can easily copy the Bill format to Estimate format as per the requirement.

In order to copy the format, please follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' dialog box will appear. Enter the Password.

• Now, a 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’, enter the name of the Bill format which needs to be copied to Estimate format.

• Suppose Enter 'AA'. Press 'Enter' key.

• The user will now select ‘Copy Format To’.

• A 'Copy Format' window will appear. In 'Copy' select 'Bill' To 'Estimate'.

• Then type < COPY FORMAT > and then press 'Enter' key on it.

After following the above steps, the bill format will get copied to Estimate format.
