• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' dialog box will appear. The user will now enter the current date in reverse format.

• Now a 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ filed, enter the name of the format which the user needs to print the bill copy name.

•  Suppose Enter 'AC'. Press 'Enter' key.

• The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

• A 'Bill Format GUI- AC' window will appear.

• In order to print the copy name on Header part, the user will select ‘Header’.

• Now, suppose the user needs to put the command before the company name so select and copy the company name command and paste it in the next line. 

• Now the user needs to paste the copied command (as showing below).

• Then press 'F1' key to search command.

• The user will Search 'Duplicate' under Description.

• Now the user will select the command of 'PRNNAME1' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• The user will paste this command by pressing 'F3' key.

• If the user needs to change the coordinates here then it can be changed as per the requirement.

• Now press 'Ctrl +W' key and then click on 'Save' in order to save it.

After following the above steps, the copy name of the bill will get printed.
