In order to print Party Balance (Except current bill amount) in bill printing, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. Enter the password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. Press 'Enter'.

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format in which user needs to print party balance.

• Suppose, select 'AC'. Press 'Enter'.

• Select ‘Bill Format’.

• A 'Bill Format GUI- AC' window will appear.

• In order to print party balance in bill format, the user will select ‘Header’. Press 'Enter'.

• Now use command ' < SL_LDGCBL,10 > '

• The user will press 'Ctrl +W' .

• Then click on 'Save' in order to save the changes.

After following the above steps, Party Balance (Except current bill amount) will get printed on the bill.
