In order to print name of unit on the basis of selling unit , the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. Enter the Password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ filed, enter the name of the format.
• Suppose user select 'AC' Format.

• The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

• A 'Bill Format GUI- AC' window will appear.

• Now the user will select ‘Item’.

• Now, suppose the user needs to put the command below the item Batch so select and copy the item Batch command and paste it in the next line.

• Then press 'F1' key to search command.

• Search 'Rate Unit' under Description.

• The user will press 'Enter' on this command. (as shown below)

• The user will firstly remove this particular command and paste it after pressing 'F3' key.

• If the user needs to change the coordinates here then it can be changed as per the requirement.

• Press 'Ctrl +W' to save the changes.

• Then click on 'Save' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the name of the unit will be print on the basis of selling unit in bill printing.

• Suppose billing in 2nd unit

•  Cipla item 2nd unit is Strip  as show in printing .
