If the user is using Point setup in Marg Software then the user can easily set the software that it will only print the balance of points when the ledger of Party has been selected in the bill but when the user is making the sale bill with the cash ledger then the software will not print the balance of points.

In order to know the process ,the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

•  A 'Self Format' window will appear.

• The user will Enter the password .

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. Press 'Enter'.

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.

• Suppose, user select 'AC'. Press 'Enter'.

•  The user will now select ‘Bill Format’. Press 'Enter'.

• A 'Bill Format GUI- AC' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Grand Total’. Press 'Enter'.

• Now use command '< IIF(SL_PNAMEM="CASH",{ " "},{ < @SL_POINTBILL > }) >'.

• The user will press 'Ctrl +W' key to save the details.

• Then click on 'Save' in order to save changes.

After following the above steps, the software will only print points if the ledger of Party is selected in bill and it will not print points if the user has selected cash ledger in bill.
