• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.
  

• A 'Self Format' window will appear.

• The user will enter the Password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ filed, enter the name of the format in which the user needs to print MRP.

• Suppose select 'AC'.

• The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

• A 'Bill Format GUI- AC' window will appear.

• Now  select ‘Item’. Press 'Enter'. 

• Now use command '< IIF ( SB_BATCH="0.00", {" "} , { < SB_BATCH2,12 >  } ) >'.

• The user will press 'Ctrl +W' to save .

• Then click on 'Save' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Software print MRP and if MRP not available then print blank in Bill Format in MRP Setup of Marg Software.

Suppose there is an item 'Crocin' whose MRP is '0', So the software will print blank MRP and there is another item 'Dolo' whose MRP is '10' So the software will print '10' in MRP.
