If Horizontal Line showing in Batch Column at the time of bill printing then how to resolve it in Marg Software?
If at the time of Bill printing, Horizontal line show in Batch column in Bill Format then it can easily be resolve in Marg Software.
In order to resolve this issue, the user needs to follow the below steps:
- Go to Books > All Ledger.
- A 'Ledger Accounts' window will appear.
- The user will press 'F3' key on that ledger whose batch is not being printed.
- Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.
- The user will select 'Other Detail'.
- In 'Print Batch' option, the user will select 'Yes'.
- Then press 'Ctrl+W' key to save.
After following the above steps, the Batch will print proper at the time of Bill printing.
