• Firstly Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' dialog box will appear. Enter the password.

• Now, a 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select Invoice Format- GUI. Press 'Enter' key.

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’, enter the name of the format for which the printer port needs to be set.

• Suppose Enter 'AC'. Press 'Enter' key.

• In 'Fix Port' field, the user will mention the printer port as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention 'LPT1'

• Now go to Masters > Passwords & Powers > Operator's Timings for Billing.

• An 'Operator's wise Stop Billing Setup' window will appear.

• The user will press 'Enter' key  for whom the user needs to set the bill format. 

• Suppose select 'A'.

• Now, in 'Sale bill format', the user will select the bill format type from the drop down according to their requirement i.e. DMP Or GUI. Press 'Enter' key.

• Then user will select format name in next window .

• Suppose select 'AC'.

• The user will press 'ESC' key to exit from the window.

After following the above steps, the user wise printer port will be set for the Particular Bill Format.

For user 'A' is creating a sale bill & printing that bill with 'LPT1' and the software had automatically picked the bill format as 'AC' .
