Process To Print Company State Code / Name In Bill Format In Marg Software

PROCESS TO FEED COMPANY STATE CODE / NAME IN MARG SOFTWARE

• On the main screen of the software press 'Alt+X' key.

• A 'List of Companies' window will appear.
• The user will press 'Enter' key on the selected company in which state Code / Name needs to be feed.
• Suppose select 'Marg ERP Pvt. Ltd.'.

• A 'Company Alteration' window will appear.
• In 'Address' field 3rd line, the user will mention the Company State Code / Name as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '07-Delhi' and press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the details.

PROCESS TO PRINT COMPANY STATE CODE / NAME IN BILL FORMAT IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.

• Suppose enter 'AC'.

• The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

• A 'Bill Format GUI- AC' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Header’.

• Now, suppose the user needs to put the command of Company State Code / Name below the Company Address so select and copy the command of Company Address.

• Now the user needs to paste the copied command (as showing below).

• Now press 'F1' key to search command.

• The user will search ‘Company Add’ under Description.

• Now the user will select the command of ‘COMPADD3' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• The user will paste this command by pressing 'F3' key.

• The user will change the coordinates as per the requirement.

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Company State Code / Name will get print in Bill Format in Marg Software.
