If ' Bill Format Not Found ' alert appear while sending Bill in PDF through WhatsApp then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

Cause:

This issue appears when the Bill format is not set for the Email process.

Solution:

The user needs to set the default Bill Format for Email, to do so follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

  • A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

  • A 'Formats' window will appear.
  • The user will select 'Default Invoice Format'. 

  • A 'Default Invoice Formats' window will appear.
  • In 'E-Mail Invoice Format', the user will set 'Select'.

  • Now select the format type as per the requirement.
  • Suppose select 'GUI'.

  • The user will select the format name which needs to be set.
  • Suppose select 'AC'.

  • Now the user will press 'ESC' key and click on 'Yes' to save changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Bill not Format not Found alert will get resolved while sending bill through WhatsApp in Marg Software.

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

2. A 'Control Room' window will appear. The user will select ‘Search in all’.

3. The user will Search 'PDF Format' and click on ‘Accept’.

4. In 'PDF Format for Email' option, the user will select 'Default'.

5. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

6. Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
