In Marg software, the user can Print the Bill status as 'Credit' for the Credit bill and if the bill is created in Cash then the bill status will be Blank.

Suppose the user needs to Print the Bill Status below the transport details.

In order to Print Bill status Credit for Credit bill and print blank for Cash Bill, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.

• Suppose enter 'AC'.

• The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

• A 'Bill Format GUI- AC' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Header’.

• The user will add the command '.DrawText(245,498,100,770,'Status :'+<IIF(SL_STATUS="CASH",{" "},{<SL_STATUS,40>})>,'Arial',8,1,0, rgb(0,0,0))'.

• The user will change the coordinates as per the requirement.

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save' to save the changes.

• The user can view sale bill created in 'Credit'.

After following the above steps, the user can Print Bill status Credit for Credit bill and status blank for Cash Bill on bill Format of Marg Software.
