In Marg Software, if the user needs to Print Tax Slab wise Qty in Bill Format then it can be done easily.

Suppose the user needs to Print Tax Slab wise Qty next to the column of Net Scheme.

In order to Print Tax Slab wise Qty, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.

• Suppose enter 'AC'.

• The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

• A 'Page Setup-GUI-AC' window will appear.
• The user will select 'Next'.

• An 'Invoice Format' window will appear where the user will search 'My Var'.
• Click on 'Accept'.

• An 'Invoice Format My Var' window will appear.
• In 'Self variable My VAR01' filed, the user will mention the command 'IIF(SB_TAX=5,(SB_QTY),(0.00))'.
• Press 'ESC' key.

• Again 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

• A 'Bill Format GUI- AC' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Grand Total’.

• Now the user needs to print the Qty for Tax Slab 5% before the column of Net Scheme, so copy the command of Net Scheme.

• Now the user needs to paste the copied command (as shown below).

• Now press 'F1' key to search command.

• The user will search 'My Variable' under Description.

• Now the user will select the command of 'My_VAR01' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• The user will paste this command by pressing 'F3' key.

• The user will change the coordinates as per the requirement.

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save' to save the changes.

• The user can view Item 'PCM' has a conversion of '10' Qty i.e, 1 Box = '10' Pcs.

• In a Sale Bill Total Qty is '2' Box and the Tax slab is 5%.

• The user can view in Tax Slab of 5% Total Qty is '20'.
• Qty * Conversion
• 2 * 10 = 20

After following the above steps, the user can Print Tax Slab wise Total Qty in Bill Format in Marg Software.
