In Marg Software, if Print preview of Sale / Purchase Return Challan displays blank then it can be resolved easily.

In order to display Print Preview of Sale / Purchase Return Challan, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.
• In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.
• Suppose enter 'AC'.

• Click on 'Copy Format To'.

• In 'Copy' option, the user will select 'Bill'.

• In 'To' option, the user will select 'Challan'.

• Now the user will type 'COPY FORMAT' and press 'Enter' key.

• Suppose viewing Purchase Return Challan.

After following the above steps, the user can view Print preview of Sale / Purchase Return Challan will get displayed in Marg Software.
