In Marg software, if the user needs to Print Party State on Bill Format, then it can be done easily.

Suppose user needs to Print Party State below the Party Address.

In order to Print Party State, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.

• Suppose enter 'AC'.

• The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

• A 'Bill Format GUI- AC' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Header’.

• Now, suppose the user needs to put the command of Party State below the Party Address so select and copy the command of Party Address.

• Now the user needs to paste the copied command (as shown below).

• Now, select the command of party address.

• The user will put the command '<SUBSTR(SL_STATE,4,20),16>'.

• The user will change the coordinates as per the requirement.

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can Print Party State on Bill Format in Marg Software.
