• Firstly, go to Masters > MARG Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format - GUI'.

• In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.
• Suppose, Enter 'AC' and press 'Enter' key thrice.

• The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

• The user will select ‘Grand Total’.

• Now, suppose the user needs to put the command of 'Tax Rebate' in place of 'Cr/Dr Note'. So, remove the Heading and enter 'Tax Rebate' as Heading.

• Now, the user will select the Command of 'Cr/Dr Note Value' and press 'F1' key.

• The user will search 'Tax Rebate' under Description.

• Now the user will select the command of 'SL_TAXREBATE' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• The user will paste this command by pressing 'F3' key.

• Now, press 'Ctrl+W' key and then click on 'Save' button to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Rebate Amount will get Printed on Bill Format of Marg ERP Software.
