In Marg ERP Software, the user can Print Total Current Ledger Balance (with current bill) on Bill Format. This will enable the user to inform the customers about their current outstanding balance.

In order to print the total balance user need to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, go to Masters > MARG Setups > Self Format.

• Enter the 'Password'.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format - GUI'.

• In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.
• Suppose, Enter 'CM' and press 'Enter' key thrice.
• The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

• The user will select ‘Grand Total’.

• Now the user will enter the manual command of ''ORDER.BALANCE'.

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key.

• Click on the 'Save' option.

After following the above steps, the user can view the Total Ledger Current Balance will be printed on Bill Format of Marg ERP Software.
