Marg ERP has a provision to Download invoice format in software as per the requirement. i.e. GUI, DMP, Half page, Thermal, GST Local etc.

In order to download default Marg format, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format. Press Enter.

• A Self Format dialog box will appear. Enter the Date in Reverse Format(YY/MM/DD).

• Now a Formats window will appear.

• The user will select Invoice Format- GUI. Press Enter.

• An Invoice Format- GUI window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ filed, enter the name of the format as per the requirement.

• Suppose, Enter “AC”. Press Enter.

• The user will now select ‘Restore Collection’. Press Enter.

• A Marg ERP alert window will appear.

• The user will click on 'No' in order to download default formats.

• Then select format type i.e. DMP, GUI, Half etc. as per the requirement.

• Suppose, select 'GUI'.

• Now select format which needs to be downloaded and click on it.

• Then click on 'Download' button.

• After following the above steps, the selected format will get downloaded in the software. Click on 'Ok'.
