How to Print Total Current Ledger Balance on Bill Format of Marg ERP Software ?
- Firstly, go to Masters > MARG Setups > Self Format.
- A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.
- The user will select 'Invoice Format - GUI'.
- In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.
- Suppose, Enter 'AC' and press 'Enter' key thrice.
- The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.
- The user will select ‘Grand Total’.
- In order to print on Grand Total part, the user will select 'Grand Total' command and press 'F1' key.
- The user will search 'Ledger Balance' under Description.
- Now the user will select the command of 'SL_LDGBAL' and press 'Enter' key on it.
- The user will paste this command by pressing 'F3' key.

- Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and then click on 'Save' button to save the changes.
After following the above steps, the user can view the Total Ledger Current Balance will get printed on Bill Format of Marg ERP Software.
