In Marg software, if the All character of any command does not print on Bill Format, then it can be done easily.

Suppose the Item Name all characters are not printing.

• The user can view the whole Item Name as shown in the below image.

In order to Print All Characters of any Command, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.

• Suppose enter 'AC'.

• The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

• A 'Bill Format GUI- AC' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Item’.

• The user can view in the Item Name command that only '5' is mentioned, i.e.,. only 5 characters of the item name will be printed.

Case 1. Mention the Number of Characters.

• The user will mention the number of characters that need to be printed.

Case 2. Add '@' in front of the command and remove the number of characters.

• Suppose add '@', so that whatever the number of characters is there will all get printed.

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view All Characters of Any command will get Print on Bill Format of Marg Software.
