In Marg Software, the user can hide the selected command on bill format as per the requirement.

Suppose the user needs to hide the 'Due Date' command.

In order to hide selected command, the user must follow the below mentioned steps:

• Firstly, go to Masters > MARG Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

• Now a 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.

• Suppose Enter 'AC'.

• The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

• A 'Bill Format GUI- AC' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Header’.

• Now the user will select the Command which needs to be hidden on bill format.

• Suppose select 'Due Date' command.

• The user will mention '*' in front of the command by pressing '* Asterisk' key.

• The 'Selected Command' will change into green colour.

• Now press 'Ctrl +W' key and then click on 'Save' in order to save it.
  

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Selected Command will get hidden in Marg Software.
