How to Print Party Route in Bill Format

In order to  print Party route in bill format the user has to follow the certain steps:-

• Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Self Format.Press Enter

• Enter the current date in reverse format.

• Select Invoice Formats-GUI.

• The user will select the "AA" Format and then click on the Bill Format option.

• A window will appear in which the user will select the Header option.

• A Command window will appear in which the user will select the command which is to be replaced with the Route select the command where area name command is to be entered and then press "F1" function key to search the command.

• A window will appear in which the user will search the Route and then select the command of Route Name. Then press Enter key from the keyboard.

• The user will press "F3" function key to replace the command or to paste the command.

• The user will press the Ctrl+W to save the command.

• The user will click on the Save button.

By following the above steps the Party Route is printed in the bill as shown below.
