In Marg software, if the user needs to Print Party TIN Number in Bill Format, then it can be done easily.

Suppose user needs to Print TIN Number below the GST No. of a Party.

In order to Print Party TIN No, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.

• Suppose enter 'AC'.

• The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

• A 'Bill Format GUI- AC' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Header’.

• Now, suppose the user needs to put the command of Party TIN Number below the Party GST No. so select and copy the command of Party TIN Number.

• Now the user needs to paste the copied command (as showing below).

• Now press 'F1' key to search command.

• The user will search ‘Party ST’ under Description.

• Now the user will select the command of ‘SL_PLSTNO' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• The user will paste this command by pressing 'F3' key.

• The user will mention the Field Name for Party Tin Number as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention 'TIN No'.

• The user will change the coordinates as per the requirement.

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can Print Party TIN Number in Bill Format in Marg Software.
