In Marg ERP Software, the user can print rate of per pcs in bill printing. Suppose, Rate of the item is 200 and conversion is 10.

• Firstly, Go to Masters > MARG Setups > Self Format. Press Enter.

• A Self Format dialog box will appear. The user will now enter the current date in reverse format.

Suppose, the current date is 23-01-2019 then the user will mention ‘2019123’. Press Enter.

• Now, a Formats window will appear.

• The user will select Invoice Format- GUI. Press Enter.

• An Invoice Format- GUI window will appear.

• In ‘Format’, enter the name of the format the user wants to print QR Code.

• Suppose, Enter “AC”. Press Enter.

• The user will now select ‘Bill Format’. Press Enter.

• A Bill Format GUI- AC window will appear.

• In order to print on Item part, the user will select ‘Item’. Press Enter.

• Now, the user will use the same command as mentioned below.

• Now, press “Ctrl +W” in order to save it.

• Click on 'Save'.

After following the above steps, the Per pcs rate will get printed in bill printing.
