How to Print Company Fax No. On Invoice Printing

Overview: In Marg ERP Software the user can print company fax no. on invoice transparency customization, modification and for the user’s benefit.

Process to print company fax no. on invoice:

To print company fax no. on invoice the user needs to follow the certain steps:

Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

After clicking on SELF FORMAT option then the password window will appear in which the user will enter the password and the default password is the REVERSE DATE of the Current Day for example: if current date is 14/11/2017 then the password is 20171114.

After entering the password, a Formats window will appear in which the user will select the format whether GUI or DMP.

After selecting the format for example:  INVOICE FORMAT-GUI, click on the GUI format option then the user will select the invoice format of GUI.

For example: Select PP format of GUI and then click on Option B i.e. BILL FORMAT 

After clicking on Option B i.e. BILL FORMAT the below window will appear in which the user will select the HEADER option.

After selecting the HEADER option then the Coding/Command window will appear in which the user will set the command fax no. COMMAND IS SET.

After selecting the ADRRESS Command the user will press F1 key from the keyboard to search the FAX NO. Command.

After pressing F1 key the searching window will appear

After searching FAX NO the command will appear in which the user will press ENTER KEY.

After pressing ENTER KEY, press F3 key from the keyboard to paste or replace that command.

After pressing F3 key then the command will get replaced.

After replacing the command, the user has to press CTRL+W from the keyboard to save the command by selecting the SAVE option.

After following the above steps, the user can view the bill preview that company fax no. is appearing as shown below.

By following the above steps, the user can print company fax no. on invoice.
