If Full Item Name does not Print on Bill Format then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software, if Full Item Name does not Print then it can be printed easily.

In order to Print Full Item Name, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

  • A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

  • A 'Formats' window will appear.
  • The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

  • An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.
  • In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.
  • Suppose enter 'AC'.

  • The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

  • A 'Bill Format GUI- AC' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Item’.

  • The user can view the '10' mentioned in the command which means, only 10 alphabets will print in bill Format.

  • Remove ',10' from the command.

  • In front of the command, the user will add '@'.

  • Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Full Item Name will get printed on Bill Format of Marg Software.

1. Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

2. A 'Self Format' window will appear. The user will now enter the password.

3. A 'Formats' window will appear. The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

4. An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear. In ‘Format’ field, enter the name of the format.

5. The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

6. A 'Bill Format GUI- AC' window will appear. The user will select ‘Item’.

7. The user will apply the command '<SB_NAME,10>'.

8. Now press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Save' to save the changes.
