In each organization, printing of bills/invoices in proper manner is very crucial. There are several page sizes on which a user can print their invoices like, A4 sheet, A5 sheet, Legal page etc. In Marg ERP software, the user can set/fix the page size as per the requirement.

In order to set page size of selected format, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

• Enter the current date in reverse format. 

• The user will select the format type (GUI/DMP) according to the printer.

• Suppose select 'Invoice Format-GUI'.

• The user will mention the name of the format under which user needs to specify the page size.

• Suppose select 'AC'

• The user will select 'Page Settings'.

• A 'page Setup' window will appear. Click on the 'Modify' button.

• The user will keep pressing 'Enter' key.

• In '-do- If Items >', the user will select the page format like A4, A5, A3, Legal etc as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'A4'.

• Then press 'Pagedown' key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can set Page Size of selected Format in Marg Software.
