• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' window will apper. enter the password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Default invoice Formats'.

• A 'Default Invoice Formats' window will appear.

• In 'Quotation' field, the user will select 'Modify' from the dropdown.

• In 'Heading' field, the user will select 'Default'.

• Again in 'Type' field, the user will select 'Select'.

• In 'No.' field, the user will select the printer type i.e. gui, dmp.

• Suppose select 'Gui'.

• Now the user will select the bill format as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'AA'.

• The user will press 'ESC' key.

• A 'Save Changes' pop up will appear, the user will select 'Yes' in order to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Default Bill Format for Modify Quotation entry will get set in Marg Software.
