In Marg ERP Software, multiple pre-designed invoice formats are available for users, allowing them to select and set a Default Invoice Format in the software as per their specific requirements. This helps ensure consistent and convenient billing according to the user’s preferred layout.

In order to set Default Invoice Format, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format. 

• The user will enter the current date in reverse format.

• The user will select 'Default Invoice Format.

• In 'Default Invoice Format' option, the user will select the default invoice format as per the requirement.
• Suppose Select 'AC'.

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the user can set the default invoice format for printing in Marg ERP Software.
