• Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format. 

• A 'Self Format' window will appear. Enter the Password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'. 

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’ filed, enter the name of the format in which the user needs to print Gross Rate.

• Suppose select 'AC'.

• The user will now select ‘Bill Format’.

• A 'Bill Format GUI- AC' window will appear.

• In order to print the Gross Rate of Item, the user will select ‘Item’.

•  Now use command ' < SB_RATE*SB_QTY-SB_TAXAMO,14,2 >'.

• The user will press 'Ctrl +W' key.

• Then click on 'Save' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the the Gross Rate will be print in Marg Sofwtare

Suppose, the Rate of item =100 ,Qy.=1, Gst Amount@18%(100*18%)=18.

Now Gross Rate will be calculate as( rate*qty-Gst amount)*(100*1-18)= Rs.82
