• Marg ERP Software has introduced a new provision in the software that enables users to make payments to their payees through ICICI Bank using a token system.
• This provision enhances financial transactions by streamlining the payment process and ensuring security. With the convenience of the token system, users can efficiently manage their transactions within the Marg ERP software.

Process To Make Payment To Payee With Token System Via ICICI Bank In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Digital > Connecting Banking > Payment.

• In 'Date' field the user needs to mention the date for which payment needs to be made.
• Suppose mention '25-07-2023'.

• The user will press 'Enter' key on particular party to whom payment needs to made.
• Suppose select 'AR Polymer'.

• Now the user will mention the amount as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '100'.

• The user will select 'CR'.

• Now select the bank and software will auto-pick the amount.
• Press 'Enter' key.

• Now the user has to generate Token Number first to make payment.

• Now the user will Log-In the ICICI Bank.

• The 'ICICI Bank' window will open.

• Go to Connected Banking > My Connected Banking Profile.

• The user will click on 'My Connected Banking Profile'.

• In 'My Profile', the user will click on Dropdown (as shown in below image).

• Now select 'Token Generation'.

• The user will get the OTP on a Mobile number registered with ICICI Bank.
• Mention the OTP and click on 'Proceed for Token'.

• The user can view the Token Number generated with the generation Date and its Validity.

Note: The Token Number will be Valid for 30 Days.

• Now the user will mention the generated token number in the 'Token' field.

• In 'Maker/Checker', the user will place a check mark.

• Now the user will click on 'Initialize Payment'.

• The user will get the OTP on the registered Mobile Number with ICICI Bank.
• Mention the OTP.

• Now the user will click on 'Make Payment'.

After following the above steps, the user can Make Payment to Payee with Token System via ICICI Bank in Marg ERP Software.
