If ' Carbon Copy Directory Not Found ' alert appears while taking IMP Bcakup then how to resolve it in Marg Software ?
Cause:
This issue appears if the user has mentioned the wrong Directory for IMP Backup in Marg Software.
In order to resolve the error of 'Carbon Copy Directory Not Found', the user needs to follow the below steps:
- In 'Marg Backup' window the user will click on 'Change'.
- Now, the user will change the carbon copy directory (as shown in the below image).
- After feeding the correct Backup Path, the user will click on 'Backup' (as shown in the below image).
- If still an issue is not resolved then the user needs to Recover MST.
After following the above process, the user will be able to take IMP Backup in Marg Software.
