The user will select the filters as per the requirement and press 'Enter' key.
a. Days: The user will enter number of total days, like 365, for full year interest calculation.
b. From and To Date: The user will enter date range for which interest needs to be calculated.
c. Selected or All Entries: If the user requires to calculate interest on some entries, then select 'selected' otherwise, select 'All'
d. Opening Days On: The user will select how many days old opening balances should be considered.
e. Interest Days Slabs: The user will define the slabs of interest in days as per the requirement.
f. Interest on Expenses: The user will select 'Yes' if they want to apply interest on expenses like freight.
g. Credit Days from Bill: The user will select 'Yes' if calculate interest on credit days, otherwise select the option as per the requirement.
h. Credit Days Default: The user will enter the credit days default as per the requirement.
i. Grace Days: The user will select the number of days allowed after the due date without charging interest.
j. Holidays Effect: The user will select 'Yes' if holidays should be excluded from interest days, otherwise keep it as 'No'.
k. Credit Days on Transaction Reference: The user will select 'Yes' if interest calculated on transaction reference otherwise keep it as 'No'.
I. Print Separate: The user will select 'Yes' for separate print, otherwise keep as 'No'
m. From GR Date: The user will select 'Yes', interest calculation will start from Goods Receipt date.
n. TDS on Interest: If applicable, enter the TDS percentage on interest earned.
o.TDS Excluding: Select 'Yes' means TDS will be calculated otherwise user can select the option as per requirement.
After following the above steps, the user can generate the Mahajani Interest Report in Marg ERP Software.
