• Go to Books > Collection Reports > Bill Status Party/Area > Single Area.

• An Area window will appear.

• Now Select an area and press Enter key on it.

• An Adjustment window will appear.

a. From: Mention the date from which the report needs to be viewed.

b. To : Mention the date till which the report needs to be viewed.

c. Series: Mention the name of the particular series of bill for which the report needs to be viewed.

d. Adjustment For: Select the nature of the transaction for which the user needs to view the report.

• Now, click on View/Print as per the requirement.

Thereafter the report of Area wise Bill Status Report will get generated.
